Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for designers to step into the world of Motion Design, learn new skills, and craft compelling visual narratives through motion, grounded in strong design, composition, and visual storytelling principles. You’ll have a unique opportunity to learn and grow within one of the most advanced and high-performing motion teams, working alongside top talent and shaping best-in-class creative work.

In your day-to-day, you will

Develop styleframes and storyboards to establish the creative direction for projects
Craft high-quality visual designs and translate them into motion, with strong attention to composition, typography, and detail
Shape brand aesthetics through motion, while maintaining a high bar for visual design and craft
Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and 3D artists to bring concepts to life
Work closely with creatives and marketers to translate ideas into compelling motion visuals
Think beyond animation - focus on storytelling, product experience, and visual impact
Own the narrative flow of your work: build storyboards, think through transitions, and craft complete visual stories - not just standalone static frames
Stay ahead of trends - explore new techniques in motion design, branding, and interactive visuals

Requirements

Experience in a professional design environment
Strong visual design skills (composition, typography, color) with a high level of craft and attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe applications (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), familiarity with 3D workflows is a plus
A strong portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and execution (static and/or motion work)
Familiarity with motion design and After Effects is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Proactive and independent - takes initiative, adapts quickly, and drives projects from concept to execution
