Job Description
Be responsible for building and setting the strategy behind the compensation & benefits plans in Ukraine and Poland
Proactively engage, partner with and advise senior leadership and HRBPs to contribute to the company’s success
Collaborate with stakeholders such as Legal, Finance and benefits brokers, to ensure alignment with our total rewards programs
Be accountable for job evaluation, competitive assessment and compensation infrastructure across diverse company roles
Conduct data analysis, evaluate market trends and ensure our total reward packages are competitive to industry benchmarks and are matching to Wix’s culture
Support compensation processes including comp system, budgets, ranges, surveys, training and internal comp tools in alignment with the global C&B team
Be part of C&B global team and be its focal point in Ukraine and Poland
Qualifications:
An experienced compensation and benefits professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in an international tech company.
A native English speaker
An expert in compensation methodologies, salary structures, job evaluation techniques and market analysis, who is familiar with industry best practices.
Organized and methodical collaborator by nature, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills who is an outside-the-box thinker
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and generate insights to assist in decision making. You are experienced in Excel (from advanced data analysis to manipulation) and other data and analysis platform (advantage).
You embrace change, know how to navigate through uncertainty and are able to come up with creative solutions to drive our strategies forward
