Job Description

As a Product Manager in this dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of web development by providing a powerful development environment that inspires creativity and streamlines the development process. You will also:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and other product managers, to develop and launch innovative tools and features that meet the needs of our developer community
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive continuous improvement of the platform's usability and functionality
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and milestones
- Be part of the Velo product team that sets the vision and priorities to ensure the product's success
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a product manager or team lead building highly technical products, preferably those serving developers (B2D)
- Background in software development with a deep understanding of modern software development processes, and hands-on experience in web or app development
- Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, overcoming challenges, and fostering a collaborative working atmosphere that allows the development of high-quality solutions
- User-centric mindset with a passion for engaging with users, understanding their needs, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
- Strong product sense with excellent analytical thinking and prioritization skills
- Experience in creating development environments or observability solutions for developers – an advantage
