Job Description
Learn the "Wix Way" of UX from leading design professionals in the industry

Requirements
A product design student, graduate of UX academies or bootcamps, or a practitioner with a passion for learning new things
A portfolio showcasing your UX & UI design skills, and your familiarity with design processes and tools like Figma
Knowledge and appreciation of all areas of UX - including user research, testing, information architecture, interaction & visual design, and content
Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in creating pixel-perfect solutions
Curiosity about AI tools and how they work
About the Team
We are Wix’s UX/UI Guild. We define and design all Wix products, including complex back-office systems, drag-and-drop editors, mobile apps, and more. Our mission is to design the best user experience for all Wix users. UX plays a crucial role in product creation, from research and ideation to design and development. Post-launch, we use quantitative and qualitative methods to test, observe the data, speak to users, and gather insights to improve. We love enthusiastic people who are both masters of UX and have a pixel-perfect approach to UI.
