Job Description
As a Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining data solutions that enhance customer care operations, improve user satisfaction, and deliver innovative service solutions. In your day-to-day, you will:
Convert business and product requirements into data models while working closely with key stakeholders
Develop complex data workflows using Python and Airflow
Design, maintain, and optimize the Wix Customer Care Data Warehouse
Build automation processes to support and scale our data pipelines
Collaborate with product teams to identify and deliver impactful, product-embedded data solutions that enrich user experiences
Leverage new AI products, such as Cursor, to enhance data engineering processes and drive innovation
Requirements
3+ years of coding experience in SQL and Python
Experience creating and maintaining Airflow pipelines
Strong understanding of business goals and ability to collaborate effectively to push the organization forward
Eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI-driven solutions
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills

Our mission is to provide Wix Customer Care with reliable, actionable data to enhance support operations, improve user satisfaction, and enable innovative customer service solutions. We manage a flexible data warehouse and collaborate closely with product teams to deliver real-time data used across Customer Care features. Our work supports key solutions like the AI-powered chatbot and smart routing system, enabling efficient, personalized support for millions of Wix users. As one of Wix’s most dynamic data teams, we offer great opportunities for learning and professional growth.
