Job Description
- Lead analysis across the Base44 user journey, including how people discover Base44, what they create, whether apps get to real usage and value, and how it affects the business
- Own the data lifecycle from clarifying the question to data quality and the final story; Challenge the “why” and “how,” ai nd drive solutions
- Set up the analytical backbone of this fast growing product by defining the business questions, establishing a coherent measurement map and reporting logic everyone can use
- Identify patterns and anomalies across users, markets, and time, and translate findings into clear business implications
- Enable decisions at speed by building trustworthy reporting that supports day-to-day prioritization and leadership readouts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a data/business analyst (preferably for an tech company)
- Ability to connect data to business objectives, and transform complex data into a coherent story that drives business outcomes
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of delivering precise, data-backed insights
- Deep understanding of user funnels, monetization strategies, and focus on onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation and analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and communication to present insights clearly and impactfully
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet business needs
- Curious and proactive, with the ambition to learn and grow as the product scales
