Job Description
Join our Partners Data Team as a Senior Data Engineer and take on the challenge of designing, implementing, and maintaining critical data pipelines. You'll play a key role in ensuring data integrity and accessibility, enabling our teams to drive strategy and optimize partner experiences. In your day-to-day, you will:
Design and implement data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow of information into our data warehouse
Develop scalable solutions to address data gaps and process design needs
Monitor data pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee data infrastructure availability
Collaborate with analysts and product managers to align data models with business priorities
Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally within an online company handling large datasets
Proficient in SQL, with the ability to craft complex queries, and skilled in Python for developing data pipelines
Independent and quick learner with excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Fluent in English with strong communication abilities
Familiarity with Airflow, Great Expectations, Spark, and cloud data solutions (Google or AWS) – an advantage

The Partners Data Team is a blend of Data Engineers and Business/Data Analysts dedicated to shaping the strategy for Partners and Wix Studio. We delve deep into data to uncover growth opportunities, refine the partner journey, and elevate the partner experience on our Wix Studio platform. We seek a naturally curious individual eager to understand the mechanics and motivations behind the data.
