Job Description
As an HR AI Product Builder, you'll focus on proactive building, technical execution, and system stability. You'll work closely with HR and business partners to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our HR processes and systems. In your day-to-day, you will:
• Design, configure, and implement new features and process flows across core HR and point solutions
• Act as the dedicated HR partner to identify business process gaps and proactively propose multi-tool solutions (AI, VibeCoding, APIs, etc.)
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and conduct maintenance to ensure high data integrity and reliability
• Actively support the technical build and deployment of AI/LLM-based workflows
Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in systems delivery
• Practical experience with configuration, scripting, and low-code/VibeCoding platforms (e.g., Zapier, etc.)
• Well-familiar with LLMs, conversational AI, or agent-based architecture.
• Deep capability in analyzing, defining, and optimizing complex end-to-end business processes
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data architecture, and system integration protocols
• HRIS experience – an advantage
