Job Description

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical solutions to our customers and partners. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, engaging with clients, and supporting them through the entire lifecycle of our products, both pre and post-sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

  • Develop customized & creative solutions that align with the client's business goals and ensure seamless integration with their systems.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for implementation and integration projects.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the development team to define technical requirements for custom solutions.

  • Stay up to date with e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 2 times per week.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms; experience with Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a big plus.

  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to meet client-specific needs.

  • An expert working with APIs, web technologies, and system integrations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Based in New York, with the ability to travel domestically if necessary.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient with core web languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with SaaS solutions and architecture.

About the team

Approximate base compensation $125,000 - 140,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
