Job Description

As a Product Expert at the Enterprise Solutions team at WIX Studio, you will be at the forefront of engaging with inbound and outbound leads, conducting meaningful discovery and demo calls that are product-led in a consultative manner – focused on uncovering and understanding different companies' and prospects' needs and pain points. As well as demonstrating the capabilities and value of the WIX Studio platform and the Enterprise Solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success/Business Development Manager to take on a highly visible and versatile new role within our growing Enterprise Team. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with us as we build out our team. 

On a daily basis, you will:
 

  • Engage with Enterprise inbound and outbound leads

  • Conduct meaningful discovery and demo calls that are product-led and identify product fit

  • Demonstrate the value of WIX Studio and the enterprise solutions to different companies and roles within them, including executives and C-Levels

  • Manage a pipeline of leads on Salesforce and meet KPIs

  • Conduct ongoing market research and constantly analyze our use cases, ICPs, industry trends, and competitors 

  • Collaborating with different product teams to stay up to date at all times

  • Lead and moderate advanced calls with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with internal SMEs and Solution Engineers to provide the best experience for the prospect

  • Attend high-profile conferences to interact with our target audiences in collaboration with Field Marketing 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer-facing and customer relationship-building role

  • At least 2 years of experience working in SaaS Customer Success, Sales or Consulting

  • You are product-oriented and knowledgeable about our products by nature, preferably with experience getting in the weeds with SaaS products

  • You are comfortable and confident talking and presenting in front of people, including senior managers and executives from top-tier companies

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You're a TEAM PLAYER, who works well in a high-paced environment

We are the Enterprise Solutions team in Studio. We’re focused on positioning Wix Studio as the best solution for enterprises – as well as bringing new, large businesses to Wix and helping them grow by making the most of our solutions, products, and features.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected in the office 2 times per week. 

Approximate base compensation is $80,000-90,000 per year. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including the location where the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
