Job Description

We are looking for a passionate senior sales professional to help us secure top tier client partnerships. This role is highly visible and strategic, and has a direct impact on our business.

Please note that although we are looking for a highly experienced candidate, this is an individual contributor role. On a day to day basis, you will:

  • Own and manage the entire strategic sales process from top to bottom

  • Achieve revenue targets according to company goals and own all sales conversion metrics and sales goals

  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with both current clients and new prospects, focusing on strategic resellers

  • Be a subject matter expert in your domain, constantly reviewing the market to determine customer’s changing needs

  • Identify and engage with potential strategic partnerships, accountable for the end to end deal design in order to set them up for success with the Wix platform and growing our customer base

  • Be independent and able to work effectively while connecting with remote team members in a productive way (e.g. Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, BA, management and more)

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office on an as needed basis.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills to articulate complex ideas and inspire action. 

  • You’re a motivated sales executive with 10+ years of B2B sales experience, focused on crafting strategic partnerships with large and strategic enterprises.

  • This role is 50% field sales so requires travel

About the team

 

We are Wix’s Channels Division. We’re a B2B business unit focused on creating and cultivating relationships with various enterprises such as SaaS platforms, Financial Institutes, global Telecoms, Directories, and large-scale companies. Our goal is to successfully design and deliver a value-driven Channel engagement, driving SMB traffic with high conversion rates. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Director to lead the sales process with large strategic accounts.

Approximate base compensation $140,000-$165,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, shift, and/or candidate experience.
