Job Description
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing comprehensive and professional HR partnership to our teams in Japan.
Drive impactful HR strategies and programs, while collaborating with key stakeholders across global locations, understanding people trends, and designing solutions that are aligned with our organizational goals
Partner with our business leaders and managers with a focus on organizational effectiveness, addressing critical organizational and people issues, effective change management, people management and professional development
Provide quality end-to-end HR support to the business and our people. This could include HR guidance, coaching and development, employee relations management, and HR process management
Support recruitment by helping attract and hire top talent. Give candidates an exceptional interview experience as well as guidance and insights to hiring managers based on experience, market understanding, and data
Collaborate with local leadership, global HRBP, C&B, legal, wellness and other teams
Promote Wix values and culture throughout the employee journey
Qualifications:
5+ years of HRBP/HR Manager experience with in-depth working knowledge of Japanese Labor Laws
Fluent in Japanese (reading and writing) and business level proficiency in English (reading and writing)
Flexible and able to navigate ambiguity effectively in a constantly changing environment
Proven experience partnering with business leaders in complex and dynamic settings
Highly organized, able to get things done in a fast-paced environment while maintaining team spirit
Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
