Job Description
We’re looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Manager to lead our automation testing efforts and take charge of designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to streamline our testing processes and ensure the quality of our software products. In your day-to-day you will:
Develop automation strategies and frameworks to increase the efficiency of testing processes
Design and implement automated test cases to validate software functionality
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify areas for automation
Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and tools for QA automation
Analyze test results and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software quality
Manage and prioritize automation tasks to meet project deadlines
Think like a Wix user and do your best to ensure every possible scenario they encounter is fully covered
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing, automation tools and frameworks, and team leadership. Other requirements include:
4+ years experience managing an automation team
Proven experience in QA automation, including designing and implementing automation frameworks
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to deliver high-quality results
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) - an advantage
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies - an advantage
