Job Description
- Conduct data analyses, evaluating market trends and ensuring our total reward packages are competitive to industry benchmarks
- Proactively engage ,partner and advise management members and HRBPs globally to contribute to business success
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as legal and finance teams to ensure alignment with our total rewards programs
- Provide guidance to the People team and management regarding compensation-related matters, such as job offers, promotions, salary adjustments, equity grants, budget allocation and incentive plans
- Support the implementation of the “total rewards” philosophy and plans within relevant organizations, including cash and equity programs
- Support compensation processes including comp system, budgets, ranges, surveys, training and internal comp tools in alignment with the global C&B team, while meeting regional needs
- Be accountable for job evaluation, competitive assessment and compensation infrastructure across diverse company roles
- Conduct thorough analyses of compensation and benefits data, including salaries, incentives and programs, evaluating effectiveness and recommending modifications to align with evolving business needs and trends
Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of experience designing, implementing and managing compensation (global organization is an advantage)
- Organized and methodical collaborator by nature, with excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and generate insights to assist in decision making
- Knowledge of compensation methodologies, salary structures, job evaluation techniques and market analysis
- Comfortable participating in strategic and long-term planning, but also in executing and maintaining day-to-day responsibilities
- Ability to problem-solve and efficiently set the pace of implementing and improving processes in collaboration with global and local teams
- You embrace change, know how to navigate through uncertainty and are able to come up with creative solutions to drive our strategies forward
