Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, business-savvy, and technically fluent product manager to help build the future of Rise.ai. This is a high-impact role with broad scope and deep ownership. You’ll lead initiatives across our platform-from foundational capabilities to strategic integrations-based on where you can drive the most value.

In your day-to-day, you will:
- Build core capabilities like referral programs, multi-currency support, or smart credit recommendations
- Lead integrations with major eCommerce and POS platforms like Salesforce or Toast
- Launch new go-to-market motions, such as enabling customers to resell items for store credit
- Drive AI-powered features that help merchants personalize experiences and boost engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
Your scope will evolve, but your mission stays the same: deliver products that help merchants grow through smarter, more meaningful customer relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in eCommerce or adjacent domains
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset-comfortable shaping vision while diving into product definition, QA, and delivery details
- Strong business acumen-focused on outcomes, impact, and driving measurable value
- Operates with high agency, clarity, and accountability-even under pressure and constraints
- Technically fluent-comfortable working with APIs, reading documentation, and translating technical capabilities into product opportunities
- Creative problem solver and sharp communicator who collaborates well across teams

Rise.ai is one of Wix’s product groups-acquired in 2021 and operating independently with the backing of Wix. We’re the leading store credit platform for eCommerce, helping merchants grow through gift cards, store credit, cashback, and more-all unified in a single SmartWallet experience. Our platform powers millions of transactions across thousands of merchants on Shopify, Wix, and other major platforms.
The Rise Product team is building the infrastructure for smarter retention and loyalty in commerce. Our mission is to empower merchants to drive acquisition and retention by managing all credit activities in one intelligent, automated, and unified system.
