We define the strategy and scope of products at Wix, then work with UX, BA, Design, Content, Dev, and Ops to release it to production. Our mission is to manage high-quality products for millions of users worldwide. To do this, we each own a Wix product, research the market and understand our versatile user base's unique needs, intents, and emotions—from SMBs and enterprises to independent users, agencies, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Ownership and growth
Every Product Manager owns a product from idea to production. Your role can grow quickly, even if you start with a relatively small product or initiative. Senior Product Managers can become Team Leads, Product Heads, or Company Heads.
Every three weeks, we have a series of product lectures that help bring more visibility to our work. During these sessions, we share knowledge of our product domains, processes, and tips.
Once a Product Manager becomes more senior, they can start mentoring junior and student Product Managers.
