Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients in the eCommerce industry
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations

  • Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of our products

  • Track and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement account plans aligned with overall company goals

  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing role in a SaaS B2B company

  • You speak and write fluently in English and are able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely, as well as adjust your tone depending on your audience

  • You’re good at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • You’re results-driven and have a strategic mindset

  • You’re a problem-solver, independent and agile

  • You’re tech-savvy with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends

  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

  • eCommerce background and/or experience working with eCommerce brands - a big advantage
