Job Description
As a Product Manager in the Achievements team, you’ll focus on our Online Programs product, and help content creators fulfill their dreams by allowing them to build, market and sell online courses on Wix. In your day-to-day, you will:
Define the vision, strategy and priorities for the Wix Online Programs team
Develop and maintain the product roadmap
Ensure the product’s overall success as measured by our main product KPIs
Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback and data, and stay informed about market trends to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels by providing regular updates on product progress, challenges and key milestones
Own the execution of cross-Wix initiatives, ranging from accessibility standards to AI tool implementation
Requirements
3+ years of product management experience
A fast learner with a strong technical understanding
Business savvy, with the ability to align product development with company goals while providing value to users
Ability to prioritize and execute according to priority in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the EdTech industry – an advantage
Experience with building AI tools – an advantage

The Achievements team allows hundreds of thousands of users to share their expertise and succeed online by building, marketing and selling online courses. Our users have already created and sold millions of programs to millions of participants.
We are a fully-Ukrainian, strong and independent team that grows together, has fun together, and stays tight-knit no matter what. We have 2 mobile devs, 2 FEDs, 3 BEDs, 1 UX, 1 R&D lead, 1 head of product and 1 head of company (based in Tel Aviv). But we are missing a product manager. Maybe that could be you?
