Job Description
Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice
Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide
Edit the work of other UX writers and mentor them
Conduct extensive product and user research
Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience
Coordinate localization with our Global Markets team to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)
Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders
Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Content professional with a mother-tongue level in reading, writing, and speaking English
- 2+ years experience in UX writing in a tech company
- Collaborates with a product team to launch an excellent product under tight deadlines
- Passionate about writing and excellent UX, and a critical thinker with an eye for detail
- Experience growing, editing, and mentoring junior writers
- Understands the intricacies of maintaining glossaries and style guides
- Up-to-date on trends in UX and web content
- Team player who can give and take feedback constructively
- Able to create simple, easy-to-understand copy that helps users succeed

We are Wix’s Writers Guild. We’re a global team of 220 writers at Wix producing clear, consistent, and professional content that is honest and easy to understand. Our mission is to support Wix user success through our writing, craft stories about our products, inspire confidence, and create delightful user experiences every step of the way. Guided by the Wix tone and voice, we craft compelling copy to convey the right message and help our users succeed.
