Job Description

Come play a vital, frontline role in Wix’s Enterprise brand. Manage outbound lead flows, conduct high-level discovery conversations, and identify how to best serve our customer base.
Collaborate with and learn from Enterprise account executives and marketing teams to develop and qualify new target accounts, call strategies, and messaging
Engage with potential customers by phone, email and social media - documenting the process to identify which avenues are most efficient
Introduce and build scalable processes for future additions to the Enterprise team
Utilize your knowledge and expertise to develop and fine-tune methods to build relationships with customers and our team

Qualifications:

A skilled BDR with 2+ years of experience building relationships in a SaaS environment
You’re proficient in Japanese and you can explain topics clearly, build rapport and adapt the tone of your writing and speaking for different audiences
You have a hunter mentality and the drive needed to meet your KPIs—but ultimately you value quality over quantity
Experience using tools such as Salesforce CRM, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Google Workspace or Outreach - a big advantage
Persistent and unyielding attitude towards hitting goals, even when facing setbacks
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and commitment to achieving objectives
