Job Description

We are seeking a technically savvy solutions engineer to join our growing Enterprise team. This person should have a strong technical background as well as an innate ability to be client facing. This role will offer the chance to be a part of a global team with a direct impact on the Wix business. On a day to day basis, you will:

  • Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.

  • Provide expert guidance on how Wix Enterprise solutions can address client needs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Wix products, features, and capabilities.

  • Stay updated on the latest platform developments to effectively showcase Wix's value proposition.

  • Design and present customized solutions that align with enterprise clients' goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize Wix-based solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Act as a technical point of contact for enterprise clients, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Gather feedback from enterprise clients and communicate insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 2 times per week.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical role.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level software solutions and integrations including identity providers, CRMs, payment gateways, mobile development, analytics & data platforms and Cloud providers

  • In depth knowledge of web development technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

  • Ability to build a deep technical scope based on Enterprises requirements and guide them towards the technical win. 

  • Strong creative and problem solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate with others to drive success. 

  • Ability to communicate complex topics to multiple stakeholders at different levels

  • Familiarity with the Wix platform is a strong plus.

Approximate base compensation $97,000 - $125,000/year. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
