As a community of over 600 Frontend developers, we help each other grow through brainstorming, designing, and code reviews. We share educational activities like webinars, guild weeks, mentorship, and courses. Driven by the spirit of innovation, we generate technological value and a significant impact on FED development globally.

Frontend developers at Wix take part in all aspects of the design and development cycle, from product definition to production, testing, releasing, and monitoring. Our work impacts products used daily by millions of users, and we are given the freedom and trust to deploy services to production starting our first day at work.

We have incredibly high standards regarding code quality, testing coverage, and system performance. To cater to the needs of over 220 million users (and their users), we must have excellent documentation, clear APIs, and ease of use. The standards and tools given by the guild allow each developer to focus on the quality of work.

As a Frontend developer at Wix, we work on large code-base projects shared by multiple teams and build technologies that power millions of sites. Our scale is vast, both in reach and system maturity level. Every new feature we push to production reaches hundreds of thousands of people in hours. We continuously deploy and have production changes every 60 seconds (500 GA’s a day!), relying on automated testing to accelerate our velocity.
