About us
We develop Wix Mobile applications, empowering our users to manage their business on the go. Our mission is to enable anyone worldwide to build any mobile application using our infrastructure. Our apps allow Wix users to create branded mobile apps for their business so their users can purchase products, book services, and connect. As a team of 120 Mobile Developers spread across 40+ teams, we build our apps using a unique multi-module architecture allowing us to work together yet independently.

Freedom and independence
We prioritize enabling each Team to develop, test, deploy, and monitor code 100% independently. Our Technical Leads extend their expertise to our mobile platforms, tools, infrastructure, products, and other domains such as Server, Frontend, or Fullstack. Our Team Leads own one or more domains or products, while our Project Leads become Scrum Masters, guiding a feature team or projects in a Matrix environment.

Professional growth
We spend up to 20% of our time on professional growth. Every quarter, we have a whole week to work on a side project, a TDD kata, or join a parallel Dev team to learn how they work. In addition, every second Thursday, we meet to share our best practices and knowledge and, afterward, spend time learning more about our field.
Mobile Developers have tailored development and growth paths where they can become Technical Leads, Team Leads, Project Leads or any other career path they desire.

Business impact
As Native Android/iOS Developers or JS Developers, we've become familiar with the JavaScript world and its integration into mobile. The next challenge we look forward to is enabling anyone worldwide to build any mobile application using our infrastructure. As a platform, we support over 1000 apps in 23 languages with over 31M downloads.
