About us
We manage the quality of Wix products by reviewing and sharing our risk analysis while continually testing, automating, and monitoring our products on production. Our mission is to remove any barriers for millions of Wix users to create their dreams online. We balance quality and velocity by asking tough questions that represent our users, keeping a cross-company perspective, and using state-of-the-art testing methodologies, tools, automation frameworks, and user data analysis.

Quality at scale
We prioritize quality aspects with millions of users in mind. As QA Engineers, we need to constantly update ourselves on all the interconnecting parts of our products to find quality gaps effectively.

High velocity
Since developers push code to production every 3 minutes, we must work efficiently, prioritizing everything we do and using the most advanced QA practices. We aim to achieve and sustain a reasonable balance between quality and velocity.

Growth opportunities
Wix has over 40 products, which gives us many growth paths within our team and company. We’re assigned a growth mentor to support our personal and professional development and have regular educational sessions for ongoing enrichment.

Before diving into actual QA work, we have an organized onboarding process that gives our Engineers plenty of time to learn how Wix works and our unique approach to QA.
