Job Description
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving data-driven processes and providing actionable insights to support the AM and Sales teams. You’ll work closely with interdepartmental stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and maintain key tools like Salesforce. In your day-to-day, you will:
• Gather business requirements from interdepartmental stakeholders to develop data-driven processes for tracking key performance analytics
• Provide reporting and insights on revenue attribution, productivity metrics, pipelining, daily activities, compensation, key benchmarks, and headcount
• Maintain Salesforce infrastructure and manage internal tools to enable the AM and Sales teams

At this time we are seeking New York - Based candidates who can commute to our office in the Meatpacking District. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a data-driven operations equivalent
• Salesforce Admin experience
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proficient in Looker/Google Data Studio
• Excellent communication and writing skills, deck building, and presentation skills
• Ability to tell a story with data

You'll be joining the Sales & AM guild, a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing the sales process and maximizing revenue. We focus on strategic planning, efficient operations, and leveraging data to drive growth. Our mission is to support the sales team by providing the tools, insights, and strategies needed to succeed in a competitive market.

The approximate base compensation is $90,000 - $115,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
