Job Description
As a UX Team Lead within the UX Leadership at Premium (reporting to Head of UX), you will lead a team of UX/UI designers while combining hands-on work and strategic leadership responsibilities.
You will take a key part in defining the product design strategy, direction and shape the future of Wix Premium products.
You will work cross-functionally to enable teams, provide strategic design direction, and mentor a talented group of UX professionals.
In your day-to-day, you will:
• Mentor and grow the UX team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Accelerate UX implementation using AI tools.
• Conduct design reviews and give constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Provide strategic design direction, ensuring alignment with user needs and company objectives.
• Execute hands-on UX work.
Requirements
3+ years leading product design teams.
Leadership and management skills, high levels of proactivity, accountability, maturity, flexibility, and dedication.
Use of AI-driven UX workflows
Hands-on experience
Strong technical understanding
