Job Description

As a B2B Growth Marketing Leader, you’ll drive strategic demand generation initiatives targeted at specific accounts, partner with global marketing, sales, and product teams to grow Wix’s B2B footprint. This role blends strategic leadership and hands-on execution, thriving on independence and startup agility while building brand awareness in new markets.

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for B2B products

  • Build and manage marketing materials tailored to specific B2B accounts and personas

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align demand generation campaigns with business goals

  • Create strategic sales enablement content to accelerate the sales process

  • Lead the creation of innovative and impactful B2B marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes

  • Build brand awareness to position Wix as a B2B leader

  • Leverage insights and experience from startup environments to shape and optimize demand generation efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading marketing in a B2B SaaS environment

  • You have deep expertise in demand generation strategies, tools, and metrics for B2B SaaS

  • You have proven ability to create impactful sales and marketing materials for B2B audiences in a global environment

  • You possess strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales and product teams

  • You are experienced in Account-Based Marketing and building measurable pipeline through multi-channel campaigns

  • You demonstrate an open-minded, strategic yet execution-focused approach, ideally shaped in a startup or dynamic environment

  • You are passionate about driving results and motivated to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, innovative team

At this time we are seeking NY - Based candidates, who will come to the office on an as-needed basis.

About the Team

We are Wix’s Enterprise team. We’re a new team focused on becoming the go-to solution for large companies looking to maximize their potential online. Through a combination of forward-thinking design language and a smart, savvy tone of voice, we’re pushing the boundaries of what it means to market SaaS products. The groundwork has been laid, and we’re ready to take off.

The approximate base compensation is $170,000 - 200,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

 

The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
