Job Description
The role includes working in a startup-mode environment.
- Build fast, scrappy, and high-quality prototypes to validate product ideas and opportunities.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate concepts into tangible experiments.
- Balance technical execution with business and product sense - knowing when “good enough” is enough.
- Use your developer background to explore technical feasibility while pushing toward user and market impact.
- Identify opportunities where LLMs and emerging technologies can solve real user problems.
- Move seamlessly between coding, ideating, and testing with real users.
Requirements
- Strong developer background (3+ years hands-on coding experience).
- Proven ability to ship prototypes, POCs, or MVPs in fast-paced environments.
- Solid product and business instincts - able to evaluate whether something is worth building.
- Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered products is a big plus.
- Comfortable collaborating across product, design, and engineering.
- Thrives in ambiguity and knows how to bring clarity through action.
- Curious, creative, and pragmatic - you care about outcomes, not just code
